Immer wenn du was an deine MM oder Gerät überweist wirst du angeben müssen dass das deine private Wallet ist. Damit haben sie dann mit der Zeit deine Wallets mit den Börsen die du benutzt verknüpft.

@ErickCruzEspin2 Hey, if your device is not turning on when connected it means screen might have gone defective. This is caused by a glitch with your device. You need to manually restore your ledger network to fix this. Follow back or send a DM for further assistance

@OjTheLight @sidrachain Please I click move all my balance the it's only move the sidra on my main wallet leaving the one on subwallet behind...if I still click the move wallet is telling me nothing to move...and when I check my sidra to ledger the sub wallet balance is there...what should I do pls

sorry that happened. Phishing scams are getting really convincing lately, especially for new users. Unfortunately Ledger can’t directly stop them since they rely on tricking people into approving actions, not breaking the device itself. Follow back

@takeshi7 The Nano X charging issue is usually fixable, but it depends on whether it’s a firmware glitch, calibration problem, or battery fault. It’s important to confirm if it powers on when plugged in, the firmware version, and that you’re using the original cable follow back

Has anybody that owns a ledger get a letter in the mail saying it’s from ledger talking about a transaction check personally I think it’s bogus. Just wondering if anybody else got one I will post it later.
