@MicrosoftANZ  waiting in the live chat for half an hour with no response. Originally purchased (Jan 24) a Surface 4 laptop for my son’s school year which had a faulty battery and was immediately replaced. Replacement then lasted 9 months and then the LCD failed in the monitor. The replacement just arrived and that has the same fault as the original device - battery failure. Disrupting to my son’s school year - NOT HAPPY
