Groundhog Day(s) for PrintNightmare...round 3?4? Will have to hide under some coats if TeachersCantPrintNightmare this fall. #patch4real https://t.co/p1XiQ6pXj8
MySchoolSask has arrived & we had a party. Actually, we made breakfast for the IS Dept. Bacon, eggs, pancakes and sausage. Watermelon, too. Go Team Go. #spslearn@StoonPubSchools
Let's check the install footprint, err...hold a sec. SCCM report is 17pgs long?! Can someone count these rows? Guessing "Audacity vs" is a trending Google Search
This is awkward.
The Audacity audio editor, which is taught in schools all over, just shot itself in the foot, saying that kids 13 and under aren't allowed to use their app.
It's because they are now collecting user data and don't want to abide by COPPA laws.
Passed staff room last week where I overheard teachers discussing IIP PD shared with their PLC, and it struck me...all those acronyms. Happy Spring Break, my brothers and sisters. #spslearn
And just like that, the Early Morning Maintenance Magician has struck. Our “stuff” should be back online. Props to Peter on this holiday Monday #spslearn@StoonPubSchools
Holiday Monday, but SPSD IT will be busy. Maintenance will affect lots of stuff for an hour or so (login access for Google, 365, Canvas, ADS etc). So don't get freaked out! Plus, it's a holiday, don't do work :) #SPSlearn@StoonPubSchools
Maplewood and SharePoint work was completed before you were even up this morning. Big thx to Peter M, awake well before the sun to make it happen #SPSDTech
Good day to consider how tech & systems need to be responsive to things like preferred name changes. Should be easy & timely for users, not bureaucratic. Proud @StoonPubSchools and @spsd_it supports #pinkday
