@MartinSLewis I have always saved the kid’s child benefit and now have over £20k. Did have it in premium bonds but returns weren’t great. Opened a high interest savings account instead as too much for an ISA but will have to pay tax on the interest. Should I move it elsewhere to save the tax?

@APCOAUK What about when you never issue a PCN but then start sending out debt collector letters theatening court? How does one appeal with proof then as according to you it’s too late. I’ve been asking this for months and still no answer

@APCOAUK Unfortunately I never received a PCN. First time I was aware of this was when a debt collectors letter came through my door and by then I was unable to appeal (surprise surprise).Since then absolutely no way of speaking to anybody so will you please hurry up and get this to court

@DrSanchezPsych @APCOAUK Unfortunately not. Still getting demands from debt collectors which I’m refusing to pay. Wish they’d just hurry up and send it to court so I can get it sorted. What annoys me is that it’s impossible to actually speak to someone about it. They simply refuse to engage
