So, I’ve hinted at this, but now I’m certain. I’ve been following Madonna since 1984 and been a big fan since 1989. Not that it’s a competition, but I’ve been there for it all.

Confessions II is, in my opinion, her greatest single body of work. I think it’s her best album.

Honestly the fact that, at 67, Madonna has managed to make a dance album that sounds so current, pushes the genre, and doesn’t at all sound like she’s trying to emulate anyone else, is insane - truly the goat for a reason
