I’m taking on the iTRI challenge for Barnardo’s! This March I’ll be completing a long distance triathlon. I’ll be swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles and running 26.2 miles by the end of the month. I’d really appreciate your support- https://t.co/a19vgMmBve
We are running a course next Thursday(5th March) focusing on how to use technology to enhance learning within geography and history. There will be loads of engaging and educationally purposeful ideas and you will get “hands on” with the fun tech. See the flier for more info.

It was such a fun afternoon working with the Year 4 children @KentonBarPri using QR codes and GPS coordinates to find treasure which had been hidden in the school grounds.
A great day visiting 3 different schools - Year 12 & 13 girls at Sacred Heart High School, followed by Year 4/5 at St George’s then a quick demo of the SeeSaw app at Royal Grammar School.
@adamsonjulia@CompAtSch Hi Julia, I’m not sure if this is the standard you are after. I’ve written a few free Apple Books for teachers.https://t.co/4gEL5cnofw
My latest book shows you how to create your own bespoke Computing Curriculum for your school.
It is FREE on Apple Books. Enjoy! https://t.co/8Uhhnu60oJ

Thanks to the Year 4 children at St Bede’s Newcastle for a lovely afternoon using technology in a fun way. It was also great working with the staff using the Mission Zero project to send messages to the International Space Station.
We've curated all our #Bett2020 resources including the free Apple Classroom Workbook in the #AppleTeacher Learning Center! Revisit the activities, recreate this experience in class, and explore project ideas that span subjects! #EveryoneCanCreate
A whole afternoon of having fun with technology at Throckley Primary with Year 5 followed by a hands on staff meeting using @microbit_edu and Crumbles and Sparkles!
Thanks to the staff @OLSAnewcastle for engaging so well with the new computing curriculum I introduced in yesterday’s staff meeting. It is brilliant that, as teachers, we can bounce ideas off each other and create even more opportunities for exciting learning in the classroom!
I had such a fun morning using AR, drones, spheros, MakeyMakey, Ozobots, green screen and a little bit of Maths Magic to help the KS1 and KS2 children @BrightonAve1 understand how fun and educationally useful technology can be.
It has been lovely working with every class from Nursery all the way through to Year 6 showing progression using @BookCreatorApp. The versatility and ability to app-smash in Book Creator must make this the best app for the iPad ever!
