So the CFO Michael Picchi bought 100k shares of $SLNH. He updated Project Kati 2, noting potential expansion into a 1GW+ giga campus.
And you’re selling? 🤭
$SLNH institutional ownership has been increasing with the company set to join the Russell 3000 index.
I plan to ask what implications this may have for the company as they prepare to sign tenants for the 350MW+ Kati 2 and fully integrated 300MW Dorothy 3 AI/HPC sites in my upcoming interview with the CEO.

Looks like SLNH may join the Russell 2000 @power_analys1s@disruptorinvest

$SLNH earnings just dropped strong beat 🔥
• EPS: -$0.24 vs expected -$0.62 → 61% beat
• Revenue: $9.4M (+58% YoY) driven by data hosting growth
• 4.3 GW renewable AI/HPC pipeline ramping
• Project Dorothy / Kati expansions + shift to higher-margin AI contracts
• Cash: ~$86–89M (rock solid)
Still early innings of Soluna’s big pivot into renewable-powered AI infrastructure. ⚡
Good revenue growth, but I think the main Q1 takeaway is the mix shift.
Data hosting grew from $2.4M to $6.7M YoY about +178% and now represents 70%+ of total revenue.
That is the real signal.
$SLNH is moving from BTC mining exposure toward power-backed data center infrastructure.
Also important:
• Dorothy 2 showed ~41% site-level gross margin
• Kati started contributing revenue
• Briscoe adds 150MW owned renewable power
• Dorothy 3 potential: 300MW+ AI campus
• Pipeline: 4.2GW+
Revenue growth is strong but the bigger story is the transformation underneath.
