Pray THIS with me. (Even if you don’t think you need it)
February 9, 2026
Lord Jesus,
I come to You honest and undone, carrying my failures, my regrets, and the weight of all the times I knew better but chose otherwise. I have tried to fix myself, outrun my past, and justify my sin, and it has only left me tired. Today I stop running. I believe You are who You say You are, the Son of God, the Savior who stepped into my mess and took my place at the cross.
Thank You for being the God of second chances, and third, and a thousand more. Thank You that my past does not disqualify me from Your grace. I confess that I need You. I turn from my old life and I turn toward You. Wash me clean, make me new, and teach my heart how to follow You one step at a time.
I receive the gift of forgiveness, not because I deserve it, but because You freely give it. Take what is broken in me and breathe Your life into it. Give me a new heart, a new direction, and the courage to live differently from this day forward. I trust You with my future, my identity, and my soul.
Jesus, I give You my life.
Amen
It’s 11/1 and the Sons of Tun are storming the internet with no ROE and taking no prisoners.
Here’s my quaint contribution to 250 years of extraordinary legacy that I'm honored to be a part of.

@refugemedical When I was a 21 year Marine that weighed no more than 180, I had to fireman carry a Gunny made of solid muscle and hate. He weighed about twice what I did.
He gave me the order (training exercise) and he followed that order up with "you better not drop me!"
It can be done.
