For PA's public school employees, @PSERS + #SocialSecurity will likely do a lot of the heavy financial "lifting" in retirement (assuming full career). For many people, tho, those 2 sources of #retirementincome aren't enough, so it's impt to save more via 403(b), 457(b), IRA, etc.
