Thank you @SouthwestAir for processing my reimbursement for your Xmas 2022 debacle! You covered my rental car, food / fuel costs. I still feel upset you stranded 400 miles from home, but covered my costs to get home. Ultimately I lost time with family and that still sucks.
@KisssMY_ASH@SouthwestAir No idea if this is correct, but I went to https://t.co/KQZdUJtyYX and clicked "Complaint" -> "Flight" -> "Flight Cancellation" -> "Next". I was then able to submit flight details and upload documents backing up my expenses.
@SouthwestAir I thought I’d give you the benefit of the doubt when my first flight was delayed an hour at the gate with no explanation. The pilot came down the aisle asking each passenger their name. 30 minutes later, takeoff. Now, I’ve wasted $$$ and entire day driving home.
