@DuncanCastles Because the shirt pull is irrelevant. It wasnt enough to impact his ability to play the ball. Pulling a shirt isnt enough to be an immediate foul. Also its about communication, if ref says he saw the pull and deemed it irrelevant, var agree, only issue to show is maguire contact

@themichaelowen There was a pull, but that alone doesnt make it a foul. The pull was not long enough, let go very quickly, to warrant the reaction from young. Its no pen.
