@SJFriedl@FortWayneCPA Because we aren’t being paid to teach you taxes. Wanting to understand is not a bad thing but I can’t and don’t have the time to explain every nuance or discretionary judgment. That’s why you pay us to trust us. If you don’t trust your accountant, then you need a different one.
@DebFoxFinancial@bsuecannon I feel the same and being honest I feel like my cognition and mental capacity took a big decline after I had Covid! My mind hasn’t been the same since, I know that! Sorry for your loses!!
@Skidd28925417@Dawnek16 True, we are human & w multiple processes handling the clients info, things do happen. But in any case, still don’t have said document, could you please furnish another copy? Instead of insisting it’s there when that doesn’t resolve anything.
@FinPlan_CPA 90 yr old man pissed about a 4k wash sale, I explain to him lost harvesting and repurchasing and he says that is exactly what he was trying to do. I said I know, in the eyes of the SEC that is illegal! Blew his mind
@AccountingAsArt If I prioritized everyone that wanted to be prioritized, I’d be right back in the same boat of doing 200 more returns one at a time! I want to start asking people, do you cut in line every store you go to???
@TheNFTCPA Must’ve been like glitch issues lol still cant wrap my head around, EITC has a ceiling and Saver credit is nonrefundable? And I’m not arguing with you, just was intrigued and genuinely curious what would make that possible on refundable credits. We got this buddy!
The number of people that ask if they should stop making certain income to stop owing taxes blows my mind. Going to start telling people yes, quit making any money and you won’t owe. #TaxTwitter
