2. Preserve meaningful physical and digital purchasing choices.

3. Protect fair access to purchased games, including offline play.

4. Preserve games and plan responsibly for server shutdowns.

5. Explain account bans and provide fair appeals.

6. Disclose full prices, subscriptions, and microtransaction costs.

7. Provide fair refunds and remedies for defective products.

8. Advertise honestly. Disclose requirements and limitations.

9. Protect gamer privacy and personal data.

10. Support accessibility and legitimate assistive tools.

11. Allow reasonable hardware repairs and maintenance.

12. Promote fair competition and disclose platform restrictions.

13. Treat live-service players fairly when paid content changes.

14. Disclose material AI use and ensure automated accountability.

15. Apply fair community rules and protect lawful criticism.

16. Give gamers a voice and respect peaceful collective action.

17. Balance gamer protections with creator rights and responsibilities.

18. Encourage voluntary industry commitments and verified compliance.

19. Let gamers review, challenge, and amend this charter.
