Very disappointed with Airtel India for refusing to refund extra payment for international roaming even after admitting payment was made twice!Shame!
@airtelindia very disappointed with the response to my complaint about extra payment charged from my account for international roaming recharge.Have been calling customer care but today they flatly refused to refund the money inspite of admitting that extra payment was deducted.
Good people don't quit jobs. They quit:
