@instablog9ja When I was in med school, in 2013 the ratio used to be 1 doctor to 1,000. After 13yrs instead of improving it has worsened despite increase in number of doctors in the country.

Both parties just get people wey no get sense and people wey try get sense.
That you helped someone who is stranded doesn't make you a good person and if you don't help them also it doesn't make you a bad person.
What is good or bad, in the end, is just relative
@Adunniolaide02 That you help didn't or doesn't make you a "good" person. If you don't or didn't help it also doesn't make you a bad person.
What is good and bad is relative and this is one of such example.
@Juxtmarvel A "smart" woman is not smart but just "less dumber" than the average dumb woman.
A woman will always be a woman and a man will always be a man no matter what. These do not change.
@nwaegbe_nkem@Benkive In medical ethics and practice, you don't judge or attend to a patient based on their "wrong" decisions...no matter how wrong they are.... It's not referred to as a "noble" profession for talking sake...it's the ethics
@Benkive Please read and understand very well your medical ethics. If that patient gets evidence on your actions and decides to take action you are not coming out of it without serious consequences.
@Benkive 1. Autonomy: you counsel extensively why AS + AS shouldn't marry due to 25% chance of having SS for each pregnancy but if they choose to marry that's their decision not yours.
2. MALEFICENCE: Do no harm. They made the "silly" decision but you can't cause more harm. COUNSEL him
@Benkive Huge possibilities:
1. You are practicing in Nigeria
2. You are still a "young" doctor
3. You might be an "old" doctor with not so much knowledge on ethics
4. You haven't actually read and understood your Nigeria code of medical ethics.
You have no right to.......
