modern fantasy art that depicts elric as some kind of gigachad never feels right to me especially when that inbred anemic is arching his back at every opportunity

We say goodbye to another legend today 😔
Rest in peace to Hikaru Kurosaki, our eternal Jaspion 🤍
Japanese actor, singer, and stunt performer Hikaru Kurosaki has passed away at the age of 64. For tokusatsu fans around the world, especially in Brazil and Latin America, he will always be remembered as the hero who brought Jaspion to life.
Kurosaki became a defining face of 1980s tokusatsu through Toei’s Kyoju Tokuso Juspion, known to many fans as The Fantastic Jaspion. His athletic screen presence, martial arts background, and expressive performance helped turn the space hero into one of the most beloved figures in the Metal Hero era.
Before becoming Jaspion, Kurosaki trained through the legendary Japan Action Club, the action troupe founded by Sonny Chiba. He also worked in early stunt and suit roles, including projects like Japan’s 1978 Spider-Man, Battle Fever J, and Denshi Sentai Denjiman, before stepping into the role that would make him a tokusatsu icon.
After leaving the entertainment industry in the 1990s, Kurosaki chose a quieter life in Okinawa, where he became part of the diving community and shared his love for the ocean.
For many fans, Jaspion was more than a TV hero. He was a childhood memory, a symbol of courage, and one of the characters who helped open the door for generations of fans to Japanese tokusatsu and anime culture.
Thank you for everything, Hikaru Kurosaki.
Rest in peace, legend 💔

Well... regarding the final episode of this first season, I have so much to say.
First of all, I want to sincerely thank everyone in the community who supported this project from day one. A special thanks to everyone I met here on X (Twitter). It was truly wonderful to connect with fellow Hokuto no Ken fans who share the same love and passion for this franchise. Your posts, your opinions, and every conversation made this journey even more meaningful. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
Today, I don't know if it was because we reached the end of the season, but even knowing that Hokuto will return in 2027, I couldn't hold back my tears. Maybe I'm just getting older... or maybe I've simply become more sentimental. Either way, this episode touched my heart in a very special way.
The improvements were obvious: stronger animation, much smoother fight scenes, and above all, I honestly think Mamiya looked more beautiful than ever.
In my opinion, this was one of the best animated episodes of the entire season. And somehow, the return of color in the final scene made everything even more emotional. It felt as though, while peace had finally returned—at least for a while—to Mamiya's village, Rei and Airi were finally reunited, and Kenshiro restoring Airi's eyesight also symbolically brought back the color that had been missing throughout this journey.
I'm incredibly happy for everything this series has given us—not only to longtime fans, but also to those who discovered Hokuto no Ken for the very first time and fell in love with its world.
Now I hope we continue sharing all kinds of Hokuto content and keep meeting here on X. Because without a doubt, this rebirth of Hokuto has brought all of us together, even from thousands of miles apart. At least, that's how I felt.
Long live Hokuto!
