@thetruthin I welcome this move by Rapido. Seen a lot of times in Guwahati, the Rapido captains keep cancelling rides in the name of extra money. Continuous customer complaints made Rapido to bring this policy. More frustrating is when they accept the ride and, on the way they cancel it.
