It felt like I was the one who committed the crime. Why the process have been made so complex and convoluted? Why can't it be simple so every citizen feels safe and trusts the police? At least, some good police models should be studied and implemented.

I would like to share my experience with the police emergency (15). I was about to get robbed, but the robbers couldn't apply brakes on time and I managed to save myself. One of the robbers had pulled out a g*n already. As a civic responsibility, I decided to inform the police.

Eventually, I was asked to mark the complaint as resolved. I had to, otherwise, they wouldn't let me sleep. Those goons would have left the city by then. I had done it specifically for public safety. But it became the bane of my existence.
