پاکستان میں ہی یہ ممکن ہے کہ ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس کے دیئے گئے فیصلے کو اسی ہائیکورٹ میں تعینات اسی چیف جسٹس کے ماتحت کام کرنے والا دوسرا جج رد کر دیتا ہے🤦
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس نے ہی سائفر کیس کو 30 دن میں ختم کرنے کو کہا تھا
اب جسٹس گل حسن نے اسی فیصلے پر اسٹے دے دیا یعنی چیف جسٹس کے فیصلے کو رد کر دیا 🤦
یہ حیران کن ہے
لیکن کیونکہ عدلیہ پر چیک اینڈ بیلنس بلکل نہیں اس لئے یہ ہوتا ہے اور ہوتا رہے گا
اس کو کب اور کون بدلے گا یہ اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے
سائفر کیس کو لٹکانا مطلب پاکستان کو لٹکانا اور ایک ملک دشمن عمران نیازی ��و عارضی فائدہ مہیا کرنا ہے اور کیس کو الیکشن تک لٹکائے رکھنا مقصد ہے
جبکہ نامزد ملزمان پر فرد جرم عائد ہو چکی ہے جب فرد جرم عائد ہو جائے تو کیس میں اسٹے نہیں دیا جاتا بلکہ کیس کے لئے جلد از جلد نپٹانے کا آرڈر ہوتا ہے جو اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس دے چکے ہیں
اس کے باوجود اسٹے دینا وہ ماتحت جج کی طرف سے سیدھا سیدھا رشتےداری نبھانا ہے
جسٹس گل حسن عمر ایوب پی ٹی آئی کے سیکریٹری جنرل کے رشتےدار ہیں یاد رہے
کیس میں جتنی ہوشیاری دکھانی ہے دکھا لو لیکن سزا لاڈلے کا مقدر ہے انشاءاللہ
