His name is Paul Abdul Hicks. He is 31 years old.

On Monday, police say he assaulted a 26-year-old PREGNANT woman outside a restaurant in northeast Charlotte, then tried to m*rder her with a KNIFE.

He also slashed a man so badly he had to be rushed to the hospital with severe lacerations.

Police say he used a knife, his hands, his feet, and his TEETH to attack the woman.

🇫🇷 A French woman who was sexually assaulted by a Tunisian migrant could be sentenced to prison today for ‘incitement to racial hatred.’

We just introduced the No Immigration Without Assimilation Act, requiring DHS to screen applicants for views incompatible with American values before any immigration benefit is approved. A University of California CIO and a visa staffing company owner recently pleaded guilty in an H-1B fraud scheme.

According to DOJ, they claimed foreign workers would be assigned to University of California projects that didn't exist. The university's name and the CIO's title were used to make the petitions appear legitimate, even though the CIO didn't have authority to hire H-1B workers on his own.

Once the visa was approved, the workers could be marketed and placed with other clients for profit. In other words, the visa itself became the product. That's what makes these cases important. They show how the immigration system can be exploited to create a labor brokerage business: secure the visa first, then find someone willing to pay for the worker later.

DOJ says the scheme gave the defendants an unfair competitive advantage while consuming H-1B visas intended for legitimate employers with legitimate jobs.. but when fraud becomes a competitive advantage, the people being undercut aren't other companies, they're American workers.

Marcus McCowan was at the hospital because his girlfriend was there in labor.
He approached a new mother holding her baby, grabbed the baby and put his hands around it's throat.
Nurses intervened and rescued the baby.

Shortly after, he got into the locked nursery, strangled a different baby with both hands, shook her, and the baby was turning blue when he yelled for her to "die". He almost threw her to the ground by the time the nurses were able to get the baby away from him.

This happened in 2022. He was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Attempted Capital Murder.

There has yet to be a trial....
4 years later and no justice.

He has been in jail since October of 2022. His attorneys are trying to plead insanity.

This gas station clerk took someone’s winning million dollar lottery ticket telling the customer it was worth nothing and threw it in the garbage. When the customer left, he took the ticket out of the garbage and tried to claim it at the lottery office as a win.Problem for him was of course everything had been caught on video.
