WTF @JetBlue - this is now the second flight in a row that has landed, pulled into the gate and sat because of “jet bridge issues”? And at 2 different airports!
After almost 2 months,
zero compensation for replaced items, and less than the minimum communication from @lufthansa our “misplaced” suitcase arrived at our doorstep at 2am. We had given up hope but I wanted to recognize that it finally found its way to us.
Spoiler alert, still no bag… been lost 6 weeks now. And super fun that there hasn’t been any response from @lufthansa@Lufthansa_USA at all! They told me to fill out the lost bag form, did that 2 weeks ago and nada. Sadness for my poor lonely bag.
For those scoring at home… day 14 and still nothing from @Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa about my lost bag. Only advice I got was to call the Edinburgh airport myself. #unhelpful#findmybag
@GretchenHanson@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa Oh, but it was!!! Our bag was lost on our flight from florence to Edinburgh… we had to go 2 weeks on vacation without it 😔😔😔
We can all agree that @FlyFrontier is by far the worst ever, right? First canceled original flight home, moved us a day earlier with a connection, now inside of a week they changed our connection to leave before we land and have given us zero reasonable options to get home.
