Building relationships with all of the exchanges. Teaching them about MigrateFun, how the protocol works and why teams migrate has been a very extensive process over the last 8 months.

At this point now, though, we do have relationships with every major exchange, with the majority of them supporting every major migration and charging no relisting fee.

I think one of the major points now for larger projects to migrate is that we have this process down quite seamlessly and organized, with most exchanges on board.

Next steps are to automate this process on the backend as the migrations become permissionless later this month.
