@solomonrose86 @UKVolkswagen I’m not sure if this will help? But I had the same issue for two weeks. Multiple password changes to log in but wouldn’t work. Yesterday i managed to log in with my original password when I opened the account. Seems like the reset password link wasn’t actually changing password.

@UKVolkswagen Patience is growing thin as charging the car is now costing £8-£9 instead of £3-£4. I’m not getting my EV rate as Scottish power cannot connect to my car.
