We are increasingly seeing taxpayers who cannot afford what HMRC ask, be "removed from the settlement process" by #HMRC. Despite offering all that they can within HMRC's published TTP guidance. So what are HMRC going to do next?!
I'm working on major investigation into the unethical behaviour of some umbrella companies for @yorkshirepost. I'm uncovering some alarming evidence. If you feel you can help, please do get in touch at [email protected] in confidence. #loancharge
@pcnetworking@Mel_C_73@angelScotKira i went to see my mp #theresagibson about it and she wasn’t interested, told me to contact #hmrc and settle. I’ve heard from other contractors in different areas of Scotland who said the same re their #snp mp
@JayJayMac3 my husband’s got no letter yet and he reported loans the same way you did, wonder how long it’ll take for #hmrc to send him a #loancharge bill we’ve no chance of paying? bankruptcy is the only option, we’ve no assets #worriedsick
Just got a letter from #hmrc saying as I didn’t provide info disguised remuneration loans in my 2019 tax return, they will estimate the #loancharge owing unless figures are provided by October. I provided these figures online by the 2020 deadline. Sick of their incompetence
