high vitality is:

- being able to be in a high performance state whether you eat pure ice cream or only meats

- being able to do all the drugs you want and still be okay

- capacity for high performance in incapacitated states

- consistent high energy and flow despite any other factor

- low feelings of anxiety, and never feeling anxious due to health reasons, but only in relation to work performance, and even then anxiety is always just a fuel for greater output rather than a hinderance

- domination over submission

- glory over fame

if you need to micromanage your health, then you aren’t vital but fragile

vitality is the regenerative potential

it is how much you can bend and flex and withstand without breaking a sweat

the most vital state of man is not a neurotic micro manager tracking his health on a watch and only eating plant based and tracking all his health markers and being very careful with everything - that is the antithesis of vitality, neurotic and anxious care and micromanaging of self and how you’re perceived is the meaning of fragility

the most vital state of man is wilderness, as if he was plucked out of nature - it is a man who can eat anything and sleep anywhere and wake up and fight 4 bandits before breakfast while thinking little of it

technovitalism is man leveraging technology to expand the human form, to discover the highest possible states, a state of pure vitality

transhumanism is man being leveraged by technology to escape the human form, to run away from the broken diminished states, a state of pure fragility

in such a state she will defend anything, he can commit murder and she will support him, he can go to prison and she will spend 12 hours every weekend taking the train back and forth

it makes her feel powerful the greater her loyalty is - it is what marks her feminine potential, and what proves her power above other women

likewise all these things are the same for men, but with honor - honor is what separates man from other men, what separates the great from the weak

it is through honor that man finds himself, through honor that courage comes, through honor that competence is forged - all greatness and potency in man flows through honor, just like all weakness and impotence flows through dishonor

in heightened states of honor man will take every burden of the world upon himself - as that is his honor, his masculine potential, what proves his power above other men

honor is not something you can write about, not something you can posture or simply signal

like loyalty, honor is only something that can be experienced - it is force in effect, it is gravity of cause - it is the measure of spirit in man

in any lower state of man it is always the case that he does not feel honored, and thus true honor as a man is not to ever posture yourself as a mentor above others, but as a brother that lifts them

that’s why I tell you every coach, guru, blogger, they are all dishonorable idols to be thrown into the ground and shattered

the supremacy of the guiding man is never to sit and honor himself while pretending to help others
