This has incentivized the development of new and more effective cancer treatments. Just 1 example of its success.
@Legal_Fil@HumansKmon Plenty of accidents caused yearly from people taking the risk to drive w/o car insurance. Is a “driver” of increasing auto-insurance rates. We (insurance payers) subsidize their risk for crashing into us through companies estimated loses in relation to this. Same in healthcare.
