@NHL @espn @Sportsnet @TVASports If the NHL ever wants to get close to the NFL and NBA, the rules have to make sense. Washe clearly not in the paint per the overhead view. The fact it was called and has to be challenged by the team even though it is a scoring play is why the NHL is WAY behind the other two.

@tjmcaulay It seems the only reason he doesn't "survive the ground" is because the ball is ripped out by the defender. My question is if they roll over one more time with both players having their hands on the ball and then the defender rips the ball out, is it still an interception?
