We struck fear into the GLOBAL establishment. Our governments, both Federal an provincial, panicked.

It's not delusion. It's common sense. The whole point of fighting in hockey is about players policing the game.

These kids can't police the game because they don't know how to fucking play it properly yet.

I know every kid dreams of dropping the gloves on the ice, because i've done this exact same shit with my friends when we were kids.

That's not the point though. The point is that you're not supposed to let kids pretend they know what the fuck they're doing, when they obviously don't.

This shit is stupid, and teaching these kids all the wrong lessons.

These kids are still learning how to play the game, and you think it's cool to let them act like they're in the big-leagues.

If this shit happened at one of my practices, the kids would be skating laps for the next hour.

As someone who coaches a Youth hockey team, this shit in entirely unacceptable.

It's all fun and games until you have parents sitting with their kids in the ER with concussion symptoms or a broken bone.

Kids at this age (7-10) have no idea how strong they actually are, and they are definitely strong enough to do real damage to each other.

This stuff only gets worse with age. There is a reason we only start teaching light contact, and checking techniques starting at age 12.
