interesting split forming: Claude/ChatGPT organize around sessions (ephemeral, task-scoped, die after use), Grok Bot organizes around agents (named, persistent, accumulate context). session model = clean but you rebuild context every time. agent model = context compounds but now you're managing headcount. which one matches how you actually work?
