I wrote to Lidl SPECIFICALLY asking them about the folic acid content of their "Belbake Flour"

Folic acid is NOT listed on the flour bag ingredient, but I suspect has been added.

I asked Lidl to CONFIRM one way or another.

Yesterday I received this intelligence insulting AI, generic response, which does NOT even mention the flour that I had originally asked about!

If THIS is indicative of the attitude of supermarkets, to customers with health concerns, asking about a drug being put in their flour, then TRULY God help us!

Because of this I suspect Lidl do NOT even know which millers their flour comes from.
& the Belbake flour is a mongrel hybrid of the cheapest of miller flours from goodness knows where & can not be traced.

If Lidl had come back & said YES we can confirm folic is NOT in our Belbake flour yet, as it is sourced from (insert miller) who is not adding it yet, I would have bounced into Lidl today & bought a PALLET of the stuff!

You have done yourselves NO FAVOURS here @LidlGB & we STILL want answers!
