@mrjoemcfadden @TheRAC_UK They did the same to my daughter recently. She ended up having to sleep overnight in the freezing cold car waiting for them. Her phone rapidly running out of battery, miles from home, in a city she doesn’t know. They took 9 hours to arrive 😡 absolutely appalling service.

Appalling service from @TheRAC_UK @RAC_Care my son & daughter & her partner broke down late in the evening miles from home in a city they don’t know & been waiting 7 hours so far for help & they’re STILL waiting. Left shivering all night in a freezing cold car😡thanks a lot #RAC

@TheRAC_UK That’s up to my daughter to pursue in due course as she is the RAC member. It took 9 hours for the recovery truck to come. Why were they not put up in a hotel if you knew it would take that long? 9 hours stranded in a freezing cold car is completely unacceptable.

@eliistender10 Totally feel this. It’s the one year anniversary today of my dad dying. My mum died in May, one day before what would have been their golden wedding anniversary. It’s been a really tough year, I miss them both terribly.

@Joannechocolat Thinking of you. My dad had Alzheimer’s, it’s such a cruel disease. He passed away on 30th December last year, my mum had been his carer, she was SO patient with him. Sadly she suffered a massive stroke in March & passed away 11 weeks later. Time is so short.
