Oscarsarc on instagram- Cape Town v&a this is how dogs needing adoption are treated- shoved in cages, no water & in the blazing sun where anyone can poke at them. 2 men just sitting in the van doing nothing to look after them-dogs crying & some can’t even lie down as too cramped.
