I didn't know Cimo that well personally, only worked on a few videos with him so I hope I'm not speaking out of turn by talking about his passing but as a creator in the space he was someone who was constantly trying to change the status quo of what yugioh videos could- 1/3
-be, whether it's progression ushering in the new age of yugitubing where every channel has some kind of series, the yugituber grand championship uplifting other creators, or hell I'm pretty sure he was one of the first people to use a face cam for banlist reactions,- 2/3
- EVERYTHING yugioh videos are today owe their thanks to him working to push them to that place, he may be gone but I'm never going to forget him and everything he's done for all of us. Rest In Peace. 3/3
It’s just not fair, man. Cimo was such a bright and shining presence for our community and meant so much to so many. He’s the reason so many of us do what we do. So many of us wanted to be him. So many of us are who we are because of him.
I can’t believe my friend Alex is gone. I loved him so much, he was an inspiration, the greatest guy you could ever hope to have a chance to meet.
He supported me through thick and thin, was always there for me when I needed him, I am beyond blessed to have gotten the chance to call this guy one of my best friends.
I’m gonna miss you buddy, you were too good for this world, I and everyone who you’ve touched through your content, your kindess and your humor will have you in their hearts forever. rest in peace ❤️
In mid-march, the "best cancer doctors in the United States" told me that I only had days to live.
I refused to accept my fate, so I fought, and fought, and fucking fought harder than anything I've had to fight for in my entire life.
Heartbreaking news for the Yu-Gi-Oh! community 💔
I recently learned the devastating news that fellow Yu-Gi-Oh! content creator Alex Cimo has passed away after a courageous battle with Stage IV colon cancer.
For many of us, Alex wasn't just another YugiTuber. He was a pillar of the Yu-Gi-Oh! community. A creator whose passion, positivity, and love for the game touched hundreds of thousands of players around the world. It's hard to put into words the impact one person can have on a community, but Alex's influence will continue to be felt for years to come.
My thoughts and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched. Rest in peace, Alex. Thank you for everything! 🕊️
“Hasan Piker solicited nudes”
Very interesting absence of a word like “inappropriately” or “nonconsensually,” almost like these reporters are so unfamiliar with getting consent from women that they don’t even realize it’s possible to have ongoing permission to ask us for nudes
@LuxOnFiyah In GoW II I'm pretty sure I did the same with the barbarian hammer and just standing on a stump, hitting the same skeletal enemy with the spirits 300+ times
>Boomer buys property for cheap
>Dumps sewage into hole rather than get a septic tank or sewer hookup
>Fights a NIMBY battle, loses
>Sells property for 10x what he paid
>Wrecks millions of dollars of damage before his death
No wonder people idolize him, he was peak boomer.
