The advert with the ring bell going off is really triggering my poor dog. It's actually counterproductive as I have to mute the ad when it comes on so have no idea what it is about. It's bad enough with bonfire night coming up. Sort it out please

@RoyalMailHelp I sent a large letter 48hr tracked on the 18/11/24 and it still hasn't been delivered to the recipient. Tracking is showing it going backwards and forwards to several sorting offices and now it hasn't moved. Tracking no. TQ525028184GB please advise. Thanks

@wfcouncil there is a broken down dustcart blocking anyone from entering or leaving the street in their car, surely this is a major safety issue if there was to be a fire as there's no way a fire engine will get down the road. It has been stuck there for about 5 hours.

@Etsy I am unable to save my listing after updating, I keep getting an error message, I've not changed anything apart from a photo, chatted to a bot who gave me some troubleshooting stuff to do, all I can do now is keep swapping back and forth to the old site so it can save.

2/2 collect parcel from sorting office or get it redelivered. I’ve tried to do a redelivery but now it won’t let me. Do you know whether this parcel will be delivered on Friday as per my original request, confirmation email attached. Thanks

@RoyalMailHelp I had a parcel that was due today 19th but knew I wouldn’t be in. As soon as I could I requested a re delivery to my local post office for Friday. Today there was an attempted delivery of the parcel but of course I wasn’t in. The card is telling me to either 1/2
