Yesterday, APD dispersed a protest on Copley Rd using pepper spray and tear gas. One video - https://t.co/HHeuQSt1jO - shows police using pepper spray, not in urgent self-defense, but in an almost casual way. This behavior is unacceptable.
@deW5KHZ I was thinking about getting one for an old build out of nostalgia, but certainly not at $400 unless I become fabulously wealthy soon somehow.
I remember picking up a Matrox M3D from CompUSA so I could play Quake on my Pentium 133. Now they're going for $400? Wonder if I still have mine...

@anne_engineer OK. I've got a 5150 that was given to me 20 years ago during a campus upgrade and I was thinking about firing it up again recently and adding one of those.
@OldTechAdverts It's real and when it happens it can't recover. A guy I went to art school with lost his senior thesis because of one in 2002. School paid for professional data recovery too. That said I used them for during that era with no issues.
Here's some nostalgia. In 2002 I bought a machine just like this, but all black. 3.06 Pentium 4. This was my workhorse graphics workstation until the Core 2 Duo era. REALLY wish I'd kept the case.
