@SteadtlerA58435 @TVBCRehfer @6ixbuzztv Naw. They make homes cheaper elsewhere and turn a profit but the key factor is way less regulation. If it cost around $300k before building to build a home than profit can only start after $300k. If we removed the regulations and costs would lower. Simple.

The problem in Canada isn't the rich wanting power, it's the crazy amount of regulation and tax and the fact that we have too much power concentrated in the PM. Machiavelli spoke of three types of government and we are in the first and it's not working.

We do have some blame to share for it being hard. If we refuse to take accountability, we will continue to do bad and believe every bad solution as good.
