Great meeting @ysiu and introducing him to the Hamieverse.
Huge respect for what he’s built with Animoca Brands and the role he’s played in paving the way for the next generation of Web3 entertainment.
We spoke about what we’re building with Hamieverse and, more importantly, why.
The world doesn’t need more entertainment designed purely to capture our time and attention. We believe entertainment should give something back.
A universe where people can play, participate, own and create real-world impact.
Entertainment with purpose. @hamieverse
KBW was a major success.
Met some incredible founders, investors, KOLs and some of the brightest minds in the space.
But the biggest takeaway? People genuinely love what we’re building with Hamieverse.
The vision resonates. The IP stands out. The mission hits differently.
Leaving Korea with new relationships, new opportunities and even more conviction than before.
Hamieverse is just getting started. 🐹🌎

Something’s brewing in Nigeria. 👀🤍
Our on-the-ground team is in motion.
A little experimenting. A little learning.
Then we take it to the Ikot and Etinan sites.
Hamieverse Impact. 🤍
More than 150 feet underground, water and new possibilities were found! 💧
One of our earlier missions took us to Diko, Nigeria, where we built a well to provide a community with a reliable source of water.
Water for drinking, for households, and for everyday life.
One mission. Built to make a lasting difference. 🤍
Saturday mornings hit different after a week like this one.
BTW Talks 2.0 brought together an incredible panel sharing the real stories behind their journeys.
The Genesis Passport competition wrapped, and seeing all the ways the Hamieverse community brought Genesis to life genuinely moved me.
And in just over a week, I'm heading to Singapore to speak at CoinFerenceX.
Take today to rest, because what's next is going to be big.
Looking forward to taking the stage at CoinFerenceX 🇸🇬
Excited to share more about the journey behind @hamieverse and what we’re building next.
Always great to connect with like-minded founders and builders.
See you in Singapore.
Overthinking might be one of the biggest disadvantages a founder can have.
One person spends 3 months preparing. Another starts today.
Three months later, one has a plan. The other has data, mistakes, experience and momentum.
Moving early doesn’t mean you know the answer. It means you find the answer faster.
Speed creates clarity.
AI is about to create an infinite amount of content.
Which makes owning characters people already care about even more valuable.
When anyone can generate a decent image, video or story in seconds, content itself becomes less scarce.
Attention, recognition and emotional attachment don't.
AI might commoditise content while making great IP more valuable than ever.
Silicon Valley might be spending hundreds of billions building a moat that open models are slowly eroding.
Stanford's 2026 AI Index says the gap between the best US and Chinese models is now just 2.7%, while open models like Qwen and DeepSeek continue getting frighteningly good.
For businesses, open models offer something equally important: control. You can self-host them, keep sensitive data inside your own infrastructure, customise them and avoid being completely dependent on someone else's API.
The best proprietary models still lead at the frontier, but that lead doesn't need to disappear. Open models just need to become good enough that most businesses stop needing the frontier.
The biggest threat to Silicon Valley's AI model business might not be another Silicon Valley company. It might be intelligence becoming a commodity.
The Hamieverse we're building today is almost unrecognisable from the one we started with.
The vision got bigger, the team got better and our standards got significantly higher.
Some things we've spent months building still haven't been shown publicly.
That's about to change.
We're entering the most important chapter we've had yet.
