@crankthtboy Okay lowkey this sounds scary but if you stop losing weight even in deficit, eat maintenance for a week. I KNOW ITS SCARY but do it, and then afterwards go back to your deficit!! You may gain a little from that week, but overall you will lose at a quicker pace 😁😁
@VEE_on_TWT Id recommend just weighing yourself at the start of each month, its hard to resist but its so much more rewarding, but if you cant do this do it once a week, or at the very most ONCE every morning :)
