new tactic to prevent a binge: plan what you’re gonna eat for the week in your notes app (knowing that you are gonna eat something within the near future helps for me!)
#edrtwt#edtwtㅤ how do yall shit on the regular like genuinely. I shit maybe twice a month. Fiber doesn’t work. Laxatives, liquid and pill, don’t work. I’ve mixed all three together and it doesn’t work. Do I need to lube my ass and douche or something cause fuck
@crankthtboy Okay lowkey this sounds scary but if you stop losing weight even in deficit, eat maintenance for a week. I KNOW ITS SCARY but do it, and then afterwards go back to your deficit!! You may gain a little from that week, but overall you will lose at a quicker pace 😁😁
Pls for the love of GOD people with high start weights stop trying to lose weight by immediately starving, purging, or having an insanely low cal limit. You will get results (in the rare chance you don’t binge,) but you will plateau HARD
@veilslxt@chichijpeg Which is 100% valid and I think people only realize what I said after the fact, if that makes sense. Healthily losing weight makes me feel very invalid too, but it (hopefully) spreads understanding on how to actually keep that weight off and keep losing weight
@veilslxt What chi said is correct!! I also made a thread. The overall idea is to introduce more healthy concepts into your day to day life and diet without shocking yourself into a binge. You have to pace yourself
@SkinnyEverest Omad has been helping me. I eat sugar free popsicles and drink zero cal liquids up until omad so I don’t binge or eat way too many calories before
@graciesver It depends on if you struggle with binging honestly. Regardless, I’d start with more healthy choices before full on restricting. If you’re going in blind to dieting or just aren’t sure where to start, it’s best to rest the waters and learn how your body responds
Thread is infact on my account for those who are wanting one. DMs are also open for advice / questions. I’m generally well versed in weight loss and am open to giving any personalized tips
@KILLMEWITHBOMBS Awh cute! I love. If you’re desperate to get it faded, washing your hair everyday with anything above lukewarm water should help. That’s how I got pink out of my hair at least. I hope you end up liking it soon, though. It sounds awesome :)
