@CampAndCaravan I understand check in before 1pm rule if sites are busy. I have been here 30 mins walked around, site is empty. The rain is to start in 20 mins. Staff at windermere still won't allow us to check in. So cannot set up for 2 hours due to rain with a 2 year old!

@HiveHelper Thanks that worked however another issue. Heat on demand does not work. It is showing the sitting room on through heat on demand but the thermostat won't kick in as set to 18.5? Any ideas how to fix this... kitchen is warmer (where thermostat is)

Absolute pointless waste of time...
2 boxes. 1 doesn't work have a booster attached by engineer as stated that was the issue "OD doesn't work with other bb providers" sky mini and 900mb no issues. Sky "but its not the 1 box you've had for 5 years but can't tell you what it is"

@SkyUK honestly the most pointless technical help! 2 engineers and now have to wait until 3rd of Jan for another when it is clearly an issue with the Sky box! Even the advisor states it is the box but would need to charge me £25 for a new one but has to send an engineer!

Rang second time wanted a complaint open put on hold for 25 mins
Rang 3rd time blind transferred to someone didn't have a clue
4th person put on hold now over 40 mins waiting!
