As a CEO he was approaching this as a revenue generating activity but his decisions got challenged in Pak & legal issues ended up creating a mess of the simplest situation.

In 2016 GE communicated to India that their engine assembly line is shutting down and asked for orders.
IAF did not place any until 4 years later, GE had to restart amid commodity shortfall and prices became 3X automatically which IAF wanted to negotiate =more delay

@akleghari You're lucky PTI isn't doing its job as a proper opposition in the assembly. A real opposition member would have shown you a month-by-month chart of the increase โ and you wouldn't have been able to ignore that when answering it.
