@StarbucksUK really disappointed in Starbucks recently. Ordered two blonde roast vanilla lattes and they both didn’t have any vanilla, tasted burnt and like watered down coffee. Ended up throwing them away in the end. #Starbucks

@CostaCoffee very disappointed in my previous purchase of the cheese and tomato toastie which had bits of meat stuck to the bottom. I am a vegetarian so I ended up binning this and it has put me off going to this particular Costa.
