Someone needs to look into the Emergency Broadcast System here in Utah and the Amber Alert.
These systems are terrible. They have never ever worked in the last 25 years here in Salt Lake City.
The Audio has always been garbled on TV and incomplete info.
One time, all that came on the screen was "a 1987 Toyota". That was a real serious alert media later reported.
This organization has been doing this with our tax payer money for the last 25 years.
