SETH RICH UPDATE: Today an attorney for the government told me that I would soon be getting confirmation that several hundred pages of documents related to Seth Rich were found in a previously-hidden room at FBI headquarters. You may recall that on July 30, 2025, Fox News Digital reported that newly-installed FBI Director Kash Patel and his leadership team had located an unmapped / sealed area within the J. Edgar Hoover Building's SCIF.

Last year’s Fox report described "burn bags" that contained thousands of pages of classified files intended for destruction, and those files were linked back to the 2016 "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation. Now it appears the Seth Rich records were among the files designated for destruction.

Mind you, I don’t have anything in hand yet. I don’t even know whether the FBI will agree to release a single page of what it found. Nonetheless, any confirmation that the files were in the secret SCIF raises a lot of questions. At the very least, some very high-level people had something to hide.

The FBI originally told me in 2017 that it had no records whatsoever about Seth Rich because it was not involved in the investigation of his death. We were told he died in a “botched robbery” and only the local police were investigating it.

Since that time, the FBI has gradually admitted to possession of several thousand pages of documents about Seth, his work laptop, an image of his personal laptop, and another DVD. Nonetheless, on June 15, 2026, I had to file yet another motion (https://t.co/FsVfNU9rMo) explaining how the FBI is withholding records in violation of court orders.

If the FBI is still fighting transparency so hard on other fronts (and it is), then why would it acknowledge that records about Seth had been hidden in the SCIF? I don’t know. Maybe Joe DiGenova’s grand jury investigation in Miami is putting some heat on the players in DC?

I can tell you this much for sure: nobody on Capitol Hill has been willing to touch this subject with a ten-foot pole. The murder of Seth Rich – and the resulting cover-up – is as radioactive as any topic I’ve ever seen. I hope that changes soon, and I’ll post updates as soon as I know more.

The videos were released because of an April 2026 court ruling in a DC Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit. Judicial Watch filed the DC FOIA lawsuit in June 2024 after the DC Police denied an August 2021 request for all body-worn camera footage recorded by police officers responding to the January 6, 2021, events at and around the U.S. Capitol (Judicial Watch v. District of Columbia (No. 2024-CAB-003453)).

Earlier this year, a local DC court dealt a major blow to government secrecy by ruling that the DC Police could not broadly blur and censor the footage. Rejecting DC Police’s claim that it could withhold faces and voices of everyone except law enforcement—and its assertion that producing the footage would cost more than $1.5 million—the court held that any privacy interests were minimal and outweighed by the overwhelming public interest in disclosure. The ruling cleared the way for this release of bodycam footage that documents one of the most consequential events in recent American history.

On June 24, 2026, Mike Lindell's Election Crime Bureau release our 799 page report on the 2020 election. The report contained 824 findings supported by 2,517 citations.

Despite being an objectively scholarly approach to documenting the evidence of election fraud these same media outlets say doesn't exist, more than a week after the press release went out, a grand total of ZERO mainstream media outlets have covered the release of this report...and they were sent copies of the press release.

So, I thought I would compare media coverage for our report with that of two other reports which did get extensive media coverage - the Navarro Report and the "Lost Not Stolen" report. See table below for comparison summary.

Upon reviewing this comparison, I can't help but conclude that their lack of media coverage is a back-handed compliment to the integrity of the report.

Peter Navarro's report was released in December 2020. It is an excellent report, but it was released quickly before a more thorough investigation of election findings was possible so the media pounced on it in an attempt to discredit it.

The Lost Not Stolen report was released as a propaganda tool to amplify the false narrative that there wasn't any evidence of election fraud. The media treated it as the definitive report on the 2020 election.

Now we have a definitive compilation of OSINT findings that authoritatively dispel the "there is no evidence of election fraud" myth pushed by people like Kristen Welker of Meet the Press. Media reaction? Crickets.

So, as with the founding of our nation when patriots formed the Committees of Correspondence to go around media censorship and keep people informed as to what was really going on, I am asking my fellow #MeddlingKids to share links to this report far and wide.

Time to do the work that the mainstream media refuses to do.

Profits over People: 450,000 Michigan families are sitting in the dark tonight because a summer thunderstorm, in July, was enough to take down the grid. Again.

Let that sink in. Not a hurricane. Not an ice storm. A summer storm, and half a million people lose power heading into the Fourth of July.

Here is what makes it infuriating. DTE always seems to find the money and the urgency when it is time to cut sweetheart deals for data centers and big corporate customers. New infrastructure for them? Fast-tracked. Special rates for them? Done. But the basic grid that serves your home, the poles and lines that are supposed to keep your lights on and your food from spoiling and your medical equipment running, somehow that never gets the same attention.

Michigan families pay some of the highest rates in the region for some of the WORST reliability in the country. Rate hike after rate hike gets approved, the shareholders and executives do just fine, and the moment the wind blows, we are the ones lighting candles and throwing out a fridge full of groceries.

Politicians don’t care, as they take DTE’s money. DTE cannot keep charging people more and delivering them less. A utility that has a monopoly on your power has an obligation to the people first, not the corporate accounts and the data centers.

To every family in the dark tonight, stay safe, stay far away from downed lines, and remember this the next time DTE and their friends in Lansing ask you to trust them. Ask your politicians if they take DTE’s money - money that came from you.

Election Enigma: As an attorney who has worked in Michigan election law, I am watching the Hamtramck absentee ballot case closely. A sitting city councilman stands accused of forging a resident's signature to cast a vote she testified she never wanted and never signed. He is presumed innocent and the jury will decide the facts. But whatever the verdict, this case has already exposed a flaw every Michigan voter should understand.

Here is the gap. Under current law, once an absentee ballot envelope carries a signature that matches the file, election officials have no way to verify who actually filled out the ballot inside, and they are required to count it. The city's own clerk has said it directly: if the signature matches, there is little a clerk can do, even when something looks wrong. A signature on an envelope is the only thing standing between a legitimate vote and a stolen one.

That is not a partisan talking point. It is a structural weakness in the law itself, and it is exactly the kind of vulnerability that quietly erodes confidence in every election, in both parties, in every county.

And note who prosecuted this. The Attorney General handed the case to an outside special prosecutor to avoid accusations of bias, given her own public conflicts with the people involved. When the state's chief law enforcement officer cannot handle an election fraud case without stepping aside, that tells you how much trust Michigan has to rebuild.

The fix is not complicated. Verify the voter behind the ballot, not just the signature on the envelope. Close the gap in the statute. That should have bipartisan support, and if Lansing had the will, it would already be done.

Secure the ballot. Restore the confidence. Michigan deserves elections no one has to question.
