I believe Project Looking Glass is/was an ancient AI technology capable of predicting future events - that likely came with very specific "rules" for its' use, and it's user/s.

👉🏼 at some point in human history - this technology was acquired by, given to or commandeered by the "rulers & authorities of this dark world" - those that worship the "spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms".

👉🏼 this ability to see 👁️ the future - coupled with the power, wealth and resources of these potentially non-human bloodline families - gave them the power to literally create & control a real world "simulated" human timeline.
