@EAHelp Your verification system is a joke. I provided your tech a picture of me holding my photo ID, and two purchase order numbers. Your tech wanted an IP address from a device I didn't own anymore. How are there not other forms of verifying your customers.

-IP (which is my current IP, and not once associated with the account yet)
- Purchase order numbers with time/date
-asked for credit card (last digits), I payed with PayPal
