I got a question for @TheOURja about customers paying @FLOWJamaica technicians in Seville Heights, Farmers Heights areas in St.Ann $6000 for them to restore their service.

And to add to this customers still have to pay their bill like myself who paid a bill twice and was without service from the day before Beryl and I had to be hunting down Flow for my service which was restored July 29.

What is even annoying one of the agent going to have the audacity to tell me I must come into the Flow office to have the issue resolved. How must I get up and leaving the UK to come to Jamaica to the Flow office for this issue which it’s something on your path? HOW COMES?

@FLOWJamaica I have a serious question…. How can a customer (Me) be paying for your l service from when now when persons calling my home phone (landline) they get a recording that the number is not registered yet still I pay the bills monthly.
