The strategy CNN management chose was silence. Just say nothing, and hope the controversy fades away.

It's been almost 10 days since Fauci diary entries revealed that two of CNN's top anchors were private pals with the man they were supposed to be objectively covering.

From "friendship building" dinner parties, backchanneling interview questions, to texting insults about Republicans, none of it has been addressed by Tapper, Bash, Stelter or anyone else at CNN.

Just pretend like it never happened.

And to many people who aren't on 𝕏 or don't consume right-leaning media — it never did.

Ethics. Transparency. Journalism.

Did taxpayers spend billions covering people who weren't even eligible for Obamacare?

A new study claims nearly half of those enrolled in Obamacare in 2024, roughly 9 million people, may not have qualified under federal eligibility rules.

According to the Paragon Health Institute, millions receiving subsidized coverage earn too much to qualify or are not legally present in the U.S., as pandemic-era policies helped supercharge the issue.

The report estimates Obamacare fraud costs taxpayers as much as $32 billion a year. It says California and New York are among the states facing the biggest issues, with up to 62% of enrollees in California possibly being ineligible.

The findings are expected to add fuel to the debate on Capitol Hill over oversight of the program, with a hearing on it set for this week.

This was a long-overdue moment on CNN.

RFK Jr. called out the network on air for helping to silence dissent during COVID.

Dana Bash was getting visibly irritated, after she repeatedly tried to move the conversation away from censorship.

Then he aimed his fire at Dana Bash directly: “Of course you want to move on because you were part of the problem!”

KENNEDY: “We need to protect our constitutional rights. That is the primary obligation in our country.”

BASH: “What does that mean?”

KENNEDY: “Well, during COVID, we completely dismantled our constitutional rights. We began censoring people in violation of the First Amendment.”

BASH: “You’re saying what not to do, I’m asking what to do.”

KENNEDY: “Well, that’s something to do. That is the number one priority: we protect the Constitution.”

BASH: “Forgive me, but you’re talking about rights and I’m asking about a potential public health crisis that is coming. But I do want to… let’s…”

KENNEDY: “And one of the mistakes we made last time was suppressing those rights. So people weren’t being heard. Doctors who were saying, ‘You’re doing it wrong,’ were being marginalized and vilified.”

BASH: “Again, I really want to move on…”

KENNEDY: “Yeah, of course you want to move on because you were part of the problem!”

BASH: “No! I wasn’t part of the problem!”

KENNEDY: “There was absolute press malpractice. Your job is to have a fierce skepticism toward authority, and you weren’t doing that.”

“You were beating up on people who were dissenting!”

Telling America that Black people can’t get a photo ID to vote.

Think about how insulting that is.

We’re expected to believe that Black Americans can serve in the military, run businesses, earn college degrees, buy homes, board airplanes, cash checks, open bank accounts, and raise families…

…but somehow we’re incapable of getting a government-issued ID?

Enough.

Stop treating Black Americans like we’re helpless victims who need white benevolent liberals to speak for us.

We’re not a monolith.
We don’t all think alike.
We don’t all vote alike.
And we certainly don’t need Bernie Sanders telling us what we’re capable of.

Every American should meet the same standard when voting. Requiring a photo ID isn’t racist, it’s a basic safeguard that applies equally to everyone.

The soft bigotry of low expectations isn’t compassion.

It’s condescension.

And that’s why we NEED the Save America Act on the President’s desk, NOW.

RFK Jr. reveals the single most disturbing thing he discovered in Anthony Fauci’s diaries.
