@AmericanAir After a 3+ hour delay due to maintenance, I was rerouted to DCA instead of Wilmington. No voucher for dinner, no hotel help, & I was stranded at midnight. Told I’d get vouchers in DCA—surprise, they knew nothing. Ended up at a filthy motel with roaches and had to cover my Uber.
