It’s racist, immoral, unproductive, and un-American. So many talented, ambitious, hard working people deal with this foolishness. It can be soul-crushing, but they are left with no choice but to keep moving forward, or be slandered further for claiming to be a victim.
@dj_edwards9 I don’t usually reply to stuff like this, but they weren’t actually found in a double wide trailer, these are all separate cases of missing children who were found, many of whom were with a non custodial parent. 13 of the 39 were located and deemed to be with a proper custodian.
If your central nervous system is always fatigued, you can’t run full speed, if you can’t run full speed, you can’t manufacture the most significant speed adaptions. GRINDING is not the answer for speed development.

NCAA's chief medical officer sent an email today to "raise awareness" re rhabdo, after episodes at Nebraska. He called the affliction "preventable and potentially fatal." He added all strength workouts "should be documented in writing" and be reviewable by athletic dept staff.
